Great start and I would definitely return when visiting New Orleans! Positive: The location was in close proximity to the French Quarter. The property was clean. The rooftop pool and sitting areas were nice and clean. Very quiet property. Property manager was very nice, helpful, and quick to respond. Negative: The parking garage (not owned by the property) was a bit creepy at night because of the unsheltered persons in the area. The stairwell leading from the garage to the property was disgusting, so the walk to the elevators can be an inconvenience.

Generally we really liked this VRBO. Walking in to have. Charcuterie tray for us after a long travel day was a perfect touch. It’s very modern, clean, lots of space for 6 of us and great to have 3 king beds and 3 full baths. One of the bedrooms has windows to an alley. The other 2 bedrooms have no windows. Our kids in those rooms slept fine. We found it hard to sleep because the dumpsters in the alley are emptied between 2 and 4 am. It’s very loud. There seemed to be sounds of trucks backing up and police/ fire trucks all throughout the night. If you’re used to city living sounds, this probably won’t bother you. We did not sleep well. But the place is very nice and walking distance to French quarter (10-20 minutes depending on where you’re going). It’s very close to Canal Street. Overall we had a great time!

Good for a group wanting to stay together Positive: Nice facility - our apartment was clean, modern and great for couples (we had a 3 bed/3bath) so it was great we all had our own space. The common living area was great to hang out. Negative: We had 6 total people staying in the apartment and don't think there was even 6 coffee mugs or glasses. We had to wash these often for our 5 day stay to reuse.
