Our arrival & departure processes are contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.
The rental agreements serve to protect the property and its contents, as well as to facilitate seamless check-ins for each guest, ensuring the unit remains undamaged between bookings. They also aim to maintain the safety and pleasant atmosphere of the property by minimizing excessive noise or smoking inside the building. Unlike in a traditional boutique hotel where guests sign a registration form upon arrival, our contactless system requires all agreements to be completed electronically prior to your arrival.

Check-in starts at 4pm, and check-out is at 10am.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $300 for a 12pm arrival or $200 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $200 (an extra 2 hours). Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or later departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.
Unfortunately, we are unable to securely hold luggage prior to check-in or after check-out.
Our pool is for registered hotel guests only. We do not offer day passes.
We do not have a gym or fitness center on property, but the New Orleans Athletic Club is only a few blocks away and offers day passes. https://neworleansathleticclub.com/membership
There are two parking options located just below our property that are both separately owned and managed. Rates are generally $20-30/24 hours (but will increase during special events and festivals). Please keep in mind that these are public garages/lots. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents at these facilities or damage to vehicles or its contents, including theft.
Park First Saratoga Garage #1025 and has a height clearance of 6’4”. ParkMobile Zone 50408 (surface lot) is also directly behind our building for overflow or oversized vehicles.
No. There is a designated smoking terrace located on the 9th floor (penthouse level) at the very end of the hallway past the service elevator. We do allow smoking on the Penthouse units' terraces with the sliding doors shut tightly to keep the smoke from entering the units.
Our pet fee is $135/reservation. We have a designated pet relief area on the 9th floor (penthouse level) with turf and a doggie fire hydrant. If you would like to walk your pet, there is a park located across Loyola Street. Please adhere to all signs and use the sidewalks to cross the street. Please also remember to bring doggie bags with you on your walk.
All of our units have one (some have two) queen sized sofa sleepers. These are counted into the bed count of the unit and each sofa sleeper is the extra 2 persons that are allowed in each unit beyond the count for the traditional beds in the bedrooms. We do not allow for additional guests beyond the maximum allowable guests per unit (2 x total number of beds in the unit).
We have a few units with bunk beds, and they are all full/full sized beds and count for up to 4 people in the unit.
We are also on a streetcar line!
